May I Help You - Heartwarming Kdrama Series - Hyeri Is The Best - Review

Image
This series is yet another heartwarming one from Hyeri. I love how she chooses her scripts. I watched it purely for her. Warning - this one covers death, bereavement, and funerals so if you will get triggered pls exercise caution. Hyeri or Dong baek lands a job as a funeral director and discovers that she has a special power - the dead talk to her just before they depart to the other world - she is able to get to know their final wishes and she has to do it, if she doesn't, she keeps getting hurt, involved in small accidents that remind her of her duty. You can be assured of your laughs, thanks to Hye-ri's presence in the series. The story might not be new but the way the writer and director have handled it is commendable. It never gets dull anytime as the episodes progress. Unexpected laughs, heart flutters, tears - this is consistent across each episode and I so looked forward to the next one. Hye-ri won m...
